Add one Rep (cal) to each movement, each minute of:
1: 5 cal Air Bike
2: 5 cal Ski Erg
3: 5 cal Row
4: 5 Burpees to 6″
5: 6 cal Air Bike
6: 6 cal Ski Erg
7: 6 cal Row
8: 6 Burpees to 6″
etc.
Continue until either you cannot finish within the minute, or until you reach 20 reps of each.
