Deadlift
Hang Clean
Front Squat
Shoulder to Overhead
Back Squat
Shoulder to Overhead

Increase the weight each set.  All reps should be done continuously as touch and go. The barbell must never be at rest on the ground until the set is complete.  You may also squat clean to thruster and back squat to behind the neck  jerk/thruster. 

Mobility: Lacrosse ball scapula mobilization
