We are going to Chateau Lafayette (Corner of York and Byward)at 4/4:30PM for Anne’s going away party!

Monday September 1, 2014
For labour day we will have open gym from 10AM-12PM all other classes have been cancelled.

Tuesday September 2, 2014
Due to the increased interest we will be having Tuesday and Thursday classes at 6:30PM

Friday September 5, 2014
Joyze has purchased the tickets for the Redblacks game, please make sure to pay her in a timely manner!

Other announcements
We will now be offering online workout tracking for anyone who has signed up and paid through the website.
Open Gym will be added to the schedule starting next week from 10AM-12PM for anyone who is interested.
Coachs’ Blogs will also be added to the website with information and articles that may be of interest!
